Chris Simpson is the CEO at Vista Specialty Hospital - West Monroe. He has spent over two decades making healthcare more compassionate, patient-centered, and sustainable. He focuses on building strong teams, delivering excellent patient experiences, and expanding access to specialized care.

Under his leadership, the hospital has been named Overall Hospital of the Year four times and maintained top national patient satisfaction scores for more than a decade. He also reduced employee turnover to the lowest companywide level in 2024 by fostering a supportive culture.

Chris earned his Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University in Shreveport, Louisiana, and his Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. He is driven by the opportunity to help patients, support providers, and strengthen the community.
