Jenni McDowell serves as the Vice President of Business Development over Vista Specialty Hospitals in CA & AZ, bringing over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. She is recognized for driving growth and developing high-performing business development teams. She is also committed to keeping patients and families well informed throughout their care journey, with a focus on medically complex patients receiving care in long-term acute care (LTAC) settings. 

She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Her career includes leadership roles across regional and national healthcare organizations, advancing from hospital account management and sales to regional leadership. She later guided business development and marketing for post-acute and rehabilitation hospitals, where she served in roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Regional Chief Marketing Officer. Throughout her career, Jenni has excelled in Physician Relations, building strong partnerships with providers and fostering collaborative relationships that enhance patient access and continuity of care. 

When it comes to working with her team, Jenni values education, communication, and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two Cocker Spaniels, Georgie and Gracie. Jenni is a lifelong athlete who played soccer for 32 years and proudly supports Chelsea Football Club. Her dedication to excellence, compassion, and teamwork continues to shape the culture of care in the facilities she serves.
