Valencia Singleton

Reginald Lee, serves as the Chief Executive Officer for BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital at National Harborside. With over 14 years of senior executive experience, Reginald is responsible for the strategic planning, managing, directing, coordinating and controlling the overall operations of BridgePoint Hospital National Harborside.

Prior to joining BridgePoint, Reginald spent the last 8 years as Market CEO with Vibra Healthcare in Michigan. Reginald has served as CEO for Kindred Hospital Detroit and as a Senior Vice President for the Detroit Medical Center, one of Michigan’s Largest Health Systems.

Reginald has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University and an Associates Degree in Psychology from the same university. Reginald has a Fellowship in Public Health Leadership from University of Illinois at Chicago and is a member of several community and professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives and Co-Founder of the Physician Equity Coalition for Healthcare Disparities.

Valerie Hayes, RN, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital - National Harborside. With over 18 years of experience working in the healthcare sector, Valerie is responsible for directing and coordinating functions and activities of the nursing department and assigned clinical operation departments for our National Harbor hospital. Additionally, she is responsible for establishing, directing and implementing the Standards of Nursing Practice and the clinical operations and financial matters related to all nursing and clinical areas and functions.

Mike Grubb serves as the Chief Financial Officer for our BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital - Capitol Hill. With over 26 years of experience in finance and accounting, Mike is responsible for managing the financial operations of the facility and possesses a strong background in budgeting/forecasting and cash management. 

Prior to joining the BridgePoint team, Mike has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Kindred Hospital South Bay, Los Angeles Metropolitan Medical Center, and Vista Hospital of South Bay, located in Southern California. 

Valencia Singleton, MHA, LNHA has exhibited over 20 years of dedication to laying the foundation necessary for the critical building blocks of success. As a result, Valencia has become a guiding light in the healthcare industry. For Valencia, all roads circled back to being pillars for our seniors. Her phenomenal career began in cultivating and supporting community and social programs for older adults. Her continued journey to success ranged from being Program Manager and Director of an Adult Day Health program, Director of Volunteer, Transportation & Chaplain Services and Assistant Administrator throughout the District of Columbia. She is also certified in Assisted Living in Maryland.

Valencia’s experiences through the spectrum of care for what older adults need and require nicely transitioned her career focus and passion. This shift inevitably led her to expand her career path to complete her Nursing Home Administrator training. Valencia has led and managed teams of hundreds and directed as a part of upper management long term care facilities that provide specialized care to some of our most vulnerable seniors. This higher call for responsibility fits eloquently with her experience overseeing various organizations, multiple departments. Valencia leads naturally. Her desire is to continue serving the older population, being an example to others and becoming the BEST Leader to any employee or resident that she encounters.

Faith, Family, and Focus guide Valencia in whatever opportunity presents itself. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, in which she embodies their motto to be of “Service to All Mankind.” Valencia’s greatest loves include her husband, 3 children, and German Shepherd. She is an active and faithful member of New Life Christian Center, where she serves on the Praise and Worship Team, or any capacity needed.

Valencia holds a master’s degree in health administration with a concentration in gerontology from the University of Phoenix, a bachelor’s degree in computer networking from Strayer University, and licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the District of Columbia.
