Tiffani Sumptor is our Capitol Hill Human Resources Director, she arrived in the DC area while serving on active duty at Walter Reed, bringing with her a deep commitment to service and people. She proudly served 8 years in the U.S. Army as a Human Resources Specialist, a role that shaped her passion for supporting others through care, structure, and compassion.

Following her military service, Tiffani earned her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resource Management. She has since dedicated her career to helping others grow and thrive in their roles, with a focus on building strong and supportive workplaces.

Outside of work, Tiffani is a loving wife and proud mom of three. She finds joy in traveling, interior decorating, spending time with loved ones, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Jacksonville Jaguars .
