Yvonne Miller serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Vista Specialty Hospitals, bringing over 25 years of healthcare experience and a career dedicated to improving patient outcomes and supporting the continuum of care. She began her journey at Northwest Medical Center in Respiratory Care, spending 18 years as Lead Respiratory Therapist for the Cardiopulmonary Department. In this role, she managed scheduling for a team of 45 therapists, trained new staff, and specialized in ICU respiratory care, cardiac stress testing, and diagnostic bronchoscopies.

She has also served as a Clinical Preceptor, mentoring respiratory therapy students and new graduates to develop their clinical skills and critical thinking in high-acuity environments. She then transitioned to the role of Clinical Liaison for Cornerstone, focusing on patient advocacy and coordinating post-acute services to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to long-term care.

Yvonne now leads business development for Vista Specialty Hospitals, building strategic partnerships, strengthening community relationships, and expanding access to specialized care.
