Vista Specialty Hospital of West Monroe Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center is solely dedicated to treating and healing wounds that are not healing at a rate considered normal or as expected by your treating Provider (typically two weeks). This is often referred to as a chronic wound (i.e. a wound that is not healing despite normal medical intervention). Our outpatient wound care clinic is staffed with doctors, providers, and nurses that have been extensively trained in wound care.
Our providers’ only job is to treat and heal your wounds. Our outpatient clinic also has an extensive array of specialty treatments that cannot be found at any other facility in the West Monroe region. Just as every patient is unique, so is every wound. At Vista Specialty Hospital of West Monroe Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center, we have the expertise to understand both the patient and the wound. We will develop a treatment plan specific to you and your wound.

You will undergo our initial wound evaluation process. This is where we gain an understanding of your current conditions, medications, and more, to form an individual treatment plan that works specifically for you and your wound.
